Bodhisattva Precepts: Not Indulging Anger

Seido talks about the 9th grave precept on not indulging anger, but instead to cultivate equanimity. She covers various karmic blocks we have that get in the way of fully meeting our anger and uncovering its wisdom. The commentary “there is a brilliant sea of clouds, there is a dignified sea of clouds” points to the emptiness of the things we objectify and make solid when caught up in reactive anger.
